"I’ve been referring patients to Happy Trails Nutrition for over a year now. Jen is an invaluable resource for my menopausal/perimenopausal women and is so great at addressing their weight and health concerns. She provides detailed visit notes which is great for communication and continuity of care. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a collaborative dietician for their patient’s health needs."
